What data we process
This website has no forms, no private areas and no analytics or profiling tools. As with any website, the hosting provider may record technical browsing data (for example IP address, date and time, requested page) to keep the service secure and working. If you contact us by phone or on WhatsApp, we process the data you share (for example name, phone number and the content of your message) to reply and handle your booking request.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to answer your requests and manage bookings (Art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual steps at your request) and for the security and proper operation of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR, legitimate interest).
Cookies
The site does not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies. Fonts are hosted on the site itself and are not requested from Google servers. For this reason no consent banner is shown.
Third-party services
The site links to external services: WhatsApp (bookings), Deliveroo (delivery orders) and Google Maps (directions). When you open them you leave our site and those services’ own privacy notices apply.
Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own policies.

You may at any time ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to the processing of your data and, where applicable, portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR).
